The New Jersey State Barbecue Championship is pleased to present Ed Roith, Master Certified Barbecue Judge Instructor. Ed will teach you what you need to know to judge competition barbecue and obtain your CBJ status.
Of course, you can't just learn about barbecue by talking about it. This class includes genuine competition quality samples. At the conclusion of the class, you will be an official KCBS Certified Barbecue Judge.
Class will be held on July 10, 2010 at the New Jersey State Barbecue Championships in North Wildwood, NJ. The class begins at 10am and runs for approximately 4 hours.
