So you want to compete???

Here is the information . . . 

The top 2/3 (19)  of the overall placing of the previous year are automatically invited back.   Those teams will receive

their applications first and have approximately 30 days to return their completed applications and fees.

  FAILURE TO RETURN  THE EARLY  APPLICATIONS BEFORE THE EARLY  DEADLINE   WILL CAUSE

THEIR  APPLICATIONS  TO BE DRAWN WITH THE   "ALL OTHER" APPLICATIONS IN THE POSTMARK DRAWINGS

All others (bottom 1/3 (9) and all other requests) will have their applications sent to them on the same day.

THEN . . .

Once we receive them we sort them by POSTMARK (You must mail your application back)

We then number the envelopes and conduct a drawing  for each day that we have different postmarked

envelopes.   We then sort the envelopes by number drawn and open them. 

  We then accept applications until the remaining spaces are filled.

Estimated Dates for next years applications

January 1st - Accept application requests for that year

On or about March 1st - Mail applications to the "returnees"

On or about April 1st  - Mail applications to everyone else

(Note the applications are emailed on a Saturday evening so everyone has an equal

opportunity to have their entry postmarked on the following Monday)
